* We decorate the neighborhood during holidays and special occasions.

* We launch campaigns and efforts to build civic pride & engagement.

* We hold neighborhood cleanups.

* We hold quarterly member meetings designed to help us learn from our members: their needs and their ideas for the betterment of Little Havana.
